Something is fishy here in MI...

Probably he will have you drive a <26k lbs straight. You dont need a CDL for that, so no physical either. But you still have to log.

    Front passenger seat removed!

Nothing new these days is simple any more. No promaster, no transit, no sprinter.

    April "Rabbit rabbit rabbit"

This looks and feels like January, not April. I swear, I am so tired of seeing white that I don't mind if I don't see the stuff ever. Picked up in St. Marys, PA, homeward bound.

    Unusual tire problems

Probably it has nothing to do with the van. Cheap Chinese junk tires. I had a set of such tires a few years ago on my car. 3 of them did something similar one within a short time. I replaced them all with quality tires, haven't done anything to the care and no more problems.

Load Extra's/Bonuses. Who gets what percentage? Driver/owner split

I am giving my driver 100% of everything, bonuses, fuel surcharge, pay, etc. And sometimes he still complains. He is such a donkey, I would soo fire him sometimes, but always we come to an agreement. Ohh, wait, nevermind, I am my driver.

    low oil pressure

A friend of mine has an 08 or 09 kw with the cummins engine, dpf but no def. This is his first cummins engine, after owning several cats and detroits. He was telling me the other day how low his oil pressure was. I don't remember the numbers he told me, but it was similar with what you are...

    Premium or regular Diesel?

I know that there is #1 and #2 diesel. You use #2 except in really really cold where you need #1. I have never run #1 in 10 years almost and 690k miles.

    Hello March, where ya at

I also like HEB. Last 2 times I was down there i went to HEB to stock up and then slept there. Quiet and nobody bothered me. Better LTE signal than at the J.

    Continuous DEF Problems with Sprinters

By any means, speak your mind. You are not the only one thinking about this. I have in the past, and many others probably.

    Continuous DEF Problems with Sprinters

Unfortunately it is not that easy. Many of the 10 or so computers in a sprinter are VIN speciffic. So, unless you plan on reusing everything from the older sprinter, like dashboard, and shifter and abs and esp and xxx and yyy modules, you probably will run into issues that you will be pulling...

    Hello March, where ya at

I wish I was in Houston now. I've been very pleased with how the whole state of Texas worked for me this year. Or maybe I have been lucky.

    Speed Limits and fuel economy

Hurricane Katrina and $5 a gallon fuel taught me very quickly to slow down. They ingrained it in my brain so good that I have been doing it ever since. I cruise at 60 mph indicated, about 57 mph actual. Once in a while I drive faster because of a tight delivery time, but I don't like it. Not...

    Hello March, where ya at

Nice. I got my home run, kinda... Will get there Friday. Time to clean up the trees and branches that fell all over, remains of the ice storm we had. I work harder when I'm home than when I'm 'working'.
