I doubt there ever has been a ladder used to purposely injure a large group of people. My post was to draw attention to the other thread which is mocking the gun debate.

Really? Haven’t ladders been made safer ? Hasn’t there been education about ladder safety ? Warning stickers/labels required on all new ladders ?

When a ladder is improperly used, it generally hurts the person misusing it. When a gun is used improperly, we read about it.
