Terry, I agree with your premise, but don’t understand the falsification of log. If I go off duty for 10 hours I can sleep in the front seat, on the roof or in a phone booth. Would I sleep in the front seat ? Only in a rare emergency. Nor would I want/require any driver working for me to do that.
