That right there...you got it!
Before I start this expediting biz, I've worked with much larger entities. Pretty much everything is in order, they have manpower to make sure the orientee has everything that he/she needed to get start. They have checklists and must be followed through...
Unless you have the amenities(AC/Heating), it going to cost ya:)
Had a friend who rode with wife in the cargo van, ended up in the motel many days and nights during the hot summer and the cold winter.
Besides, you're most likely to be eating at the restaurant more often than being solo.
No...
Good Morning John, glad you woke up at the right place :)
But a few of us who didn't quite get a good load this week are feeling like Sergeant Major Plumley, LOL.

Video is PG rated.
Huh? LOL, that's pretty good incentives for partnering with Load 1. Let us know when Load 1 decides to add the insurance broker business, I'll jump on it:)
I usually browse thru the Carrier Forums on EO, especially Load 1, it's pretty active there. Lot of freight status discussions. If I don't see those EO's Famous personalities on the regular forums, I can always find them there, LOL :):)
Very impressive! Think it is diesel and FWD, 34 mph? It has the Sprinter's look:)

UPDATE: I brought up this thread about 6 months ago. Before I got into the expediting business, I spent months reading posts from great members who were willing to share the insights of this business.
What I've learned from those postings were that you can earn a decent income and since it's...
I'm confuse too, lol. The side mirrors inclusion seem to override the rear windows issue. But again, I got more confuse when I saw this...
Tint Laws
But again, that's tint laws, don't know if it apply to other materials.
I still think your sample is the best solution:)
Lol, I've seen a few with side mirrors hanging and swinging on the side door.
I was stopped once, the officer's reason was(that what he said) that, if the vehicle were manufactured without the rear windown then it's ok. But, if it comes with rear windows, then no materials can be placed to...
Just a thought......
Covering up rear windows could be illegal:)
Vehicle & Traffic Law - Vehicle Equipment
".......(b) No person shall operate any motor vehicle upon any public highway, road or street:
(4) the rear window of which is composed of, covered by or treated with any material...
I clocked about 150000 miles last year, DH included. About 300 days driving and 65 days non driving.
That translates into about 500 miles/day of driving.
On the driving day, @60 mph average speed, I would have spent 8.5 hrs on duty and 15.5 hrs for rest and sleep. Expediting is hard work:)
Hey Guys, I'm researching for the next used cargo van. Used price for Hi Roof NV 2500 v6 looks pretty good right now. Promaster or Transit, costwise, is out of the picture.
How about the updates on MPG, maintenance and repairs issues.
Thanks:):)
