I agree. I delivered a few right hand drive freightliners going to new zealand to the savannah port and i had to wait outside with a few of our other drivers while the 2 guys with twic came out and ran them in for us. And each truck took an hour for inspection and we run 8 at a time.

I use the t/a centers from time to time when i find them. Carry some dumbells when you drive and park way out at truckstops and get you cardio by the walk/jog/run in.

I have read alot on here about lrt not paying or sending tax forms because someone "stole their computers and office supplies". I would also look to larger carriers because like someone said the smaller ones handle the freight the big ones dont have trucks/vans to cover.

That is true dennis. I have experienced no normal in this business. We did some 4500 mile weeks and next week could be a 1000 mile week. Be prepared cause i wasnt and thought the world was ending. Got a different mind set this year though.
