Best thing would be call various companies you have interest in and see what their rates are for different accessories (hazmat ect). The go to one that has the least turnover and more competitive pay scale.

I agree with NRA but this ain't the first time. I think that is what makes school easy targets lately. Everyone know where armed guards are so they are less likely to strike those areas.
