    got it.....Dallas to the Taylor.....up state r 75/69 to Tulsa and across....actually shorter... Dallas to Knoxville direction...instead of 40 which is direct... Take I 20 across thru Birmingham only adds....45 miles, give or take......

    Concerning the detours..I hope dispatch is going to add the extra miles into any quote?....They say the detour will get longer...another 2 weeks till it crests... there is a map and distances with the above link....54 miles one direction almost 100 in the other....Maybe from Texas to Taylor I35...
