Upon renewal of my CDL I do not need a physical for the state...YET.... I don't know if it is my carriers policy or an insurance requirement...

well under 10,000 there is No federal or state law that i know of that requires a physical for a non CDL holder....yet carriers force them to get one...Now is that the carrier just keeping everything standard across all classes or is it the insurance companies?....

Don't just hate when someone says..take it back to that shop and "they will make it right" because they can never make it right...lost downtime is never made up....ya just can't get that back...

Good morning..a brisk 12 degrees with wind chill...a nippy -5 below....on 1st coffee... Taxes are all done...only have to drop them at accountants on Monday.. Wednesday will be my return to service day...

A little pinch of this, a pinch of that, throw in some experience, stir up all the information and form a plan..and hope the heck it all works out....that is all one can do...
