Jim the reason is...it was moved 3 times..the first time to the loading Dock and the last two times..somewhere else I've eliminated the problem now the best I could...

Beets are a little more sensitive to pickle.... the right mix between the tang of vinegar and the sweet.... put a pickle in a chopper..it makes for a good relish as well....
