Like what? Government controls commerce? You have to have infrastructure ...business has to have a way to move their goods... You can't just start a business without some sort of county, city, or state connection

Penn State will just have to do what all other businesses do....downsize abit and recover...maybe pump up other sports programs or even dare I say, scholastic programs.... The town I hope will also, next election sweep out the entire DA's office for its lack of action...
