Finally I agree with you on a point.... We straights don't need a parade to show that we are.... BUT...by the letter of the law ALL persons are created equal, therefore access to the laws of the land should be equal....religious beliefs should NOT be even considered when dealing with the law....

Basically I think CA should have the right to defend themselves from emissions.... If they want or need tougher regulations ....it IS their state. and state rights must prevail....using the commerce laws is just a stall on getting the truck upgraded...you can bet the farm if NYC had the same...
