Do you activate the glow plugs twice?......I turn the key once till glow light goes off...turn key off and redo over again and then start....heats up the chambers a bit more....

when you have a glow plug out, you'll have wished you did....:) just saying...plugging it in takes stress off the whole system...

yours has a block heater?.....they come with block heaters now?....I had to buy after market
