I've been in Summit SD at -40 and a 30 mph wind....at that Sinclair truck stop.....remodeled showers too.....Espar has no problem heating a sprinter...and I'll be there this Sunday as well....
post # 40 is Bible stuff....written by the same old farts from stories and old tales...sorry don't buy into it...
getting into the existence path....bye bye....:)
You'll notice most of us are not rookies..Most of us you'll also notice don't focus on the miles but the rate per mile....I don't know if I'd use the word loyal or not...dogs are loyal.....LOL
now you have a summer project....crawl under there now you are smaller with all them spiders and creepy crawlers...BTW...don't use hay....some people cheap out and try hay as an insulator in crawl spaces....the hay holds the moisture and will go moldy and you end up with a real unhealthy problem....
One of the biggest factors besides rates?......Think of this....you will NEVER be stranded at the side of the road...NEVER....Load 1 will do everything they can to get you to a shop and back on the road...That is real security...
of course it does...doh....some old fart wrote it down hundreds of years ago....
you can't compare a physical science against a human mental behavior....it doesn't wash ...... only if you want it too....
I am absolute evolutionist....Do I believe in the Adam and Eve theory...Nope....show me the proof...I need physical proof beyond some old guys who sat around a campfire spinning yarns...but I do believe in Karma....weird eh?....
If you drive it right you should get around 300k to a set of front pads and rotors....and about 500k to a set of rears....Only changed rears once so far....over 800 k and still about 50% worn on this set...so I'll make over a million miles....
See my signature.....it is not about the miles...Like Dynamite said....wouldn't you rather run 1500 miles for the same money you are probably running 2,000 miles for?....
Drive Less, Make More....:)
