That is exactly why I don't do Canada...my carrier sucks at getting return loads....besides they have Canadians up there twiddling their thumbs....the premium in NO way pays for the extra DH to get out...and I am Canadian and I won't go..LOL
At E-1 they used to "save" me for the bigger loads....CV's would be coming in and out...I'd sit...Why I ask one day.....saving you for the big one....DOH!!
so you'd drive to Akron and wait for a load for free.....?.....you have to drive right by Warren in a way to get home... don't we wait for a load free any how?... I understand but at the same time i don't.....LOL

But I had a steady 50 mph and gusts to 60 mph tailwind coming out of SD at 55mph on US 12 out there....so my wind resistance was pretty much 0....or in the negative...only happened once.....
Must of been the small model of Winnibago....LOL...I had a Caravan back in the late 80's . must have done a million kilometers on that sucker...never once had a tranny problem....I abused the heck out of it....
you are covering a lot of good freight zones from there...not a real move that would really improve your position...all that would change would be the geography....sounding like a dispatcher...."sit tight we are actively looking".........that gets to be soooo UN funny.....
