Turtles correct....My carrier likes the same gobbly gook....conference calls that seem to end when someone asks a tough question. Turtle once said before regardless of any council...bottom line is the company is only going to give back what it wants to....You may get a concession to a problem...

Just did the glow plugs....not that expensive....and changed the oil separator....yes we have one of those....05- 270,000 miles
