All carriers are fraught with drama, to some degree.

Volume (miles) helps us. Sure we only see the overflow but I've been in the right place at the right time enough. We've also kept out overhead as low as we can and still perform. Although, I'd love a new Cargomax right about now.

It's not better now, as far as rates go. Too many carriers will run for 75-85 CPM and the brokers and FFs will GLADLY pay that. Gladly.
