Brokers and Freight Forwarders contract carriers to move a load. That carrier leases, by way of contract, a truck to perform the move. An individual/driver may be both the carrier and the truck. That just makes it a company truck. No driver lease required if operated by an employee.

It was actually the Indiana end of the load. Only been there twice and detained both. I got out of MS in 20 mins. Yay!!

Tried CamScanner just now. Easier to use than JotNot but if you email the BOL, which I always do, it places their "advertising" at the bottom right. At least on the free version. JotNot does not do this. Just FYI.
