Agreed. CIS helps to make sure we, and our O/Os are protected. Premiums fluctuate. That's the market. Not the broker. But due diligence is always a good idea. And due diligence falls in your lap.
Just remember, a 50 MPH transit average is widely accepted for vans on direct loads. Leave some buffer and nap enough to arrive safely. You're needed alive!!
I really like Bill's "set aside funds" that he listed earlier. His checks have been flowing in for months now. That first hump is hard, and he would agree I think, that one can't lose sight of the fact that it is a business. Problems happen. Engines go. Spindles go. Etc.
Planning is surviving!!
Bob, we love it when you guys wake up to loads!! You may even get to meet Bill in Denton, but God willing, he's long gone before you drop Monday morning!
Rest assured, Bill, if it fits on you you're first out!! That's how we roll!!
We don't need haters.
Our guys rock it, hard!!
If they're not happy, we are unaware.
If they become unhappy I would hope they would discuss it with us.
If we can't "fix it" I would hope they would find a carrier that fixes it.
Our guys are on the TEAM!!
It's not BS. They're only a notch...
