    Turtle...sometimes taking Highway #7 or Steeles Ave or Brittania Rd will get you around north Toronto without the 407 or the 401...check out your maps on that.... What model Garmin or GPS you use? Thinking of getting my first electronic talking wife...*L*

    Rob...Be very careful playing with your oil...it's not a place to cut costs in these vans. Turtle..I do the same thing...but never windshield fluid..too expensive..I buy the Prestone Bug remover...works pretty good and takes less then the no-name brand...and thats in Wal-Mart.... Been having...

    I, like you use a log book to track mileage and repair schedule... Some Walmarts also carry Mobile1 0-40w even cheaper then Auto-Zone bout .50 a quart cheaper.

    Leo the 6 bolts would concern me that he's not getting the van he thinks he's getting...IF it is a light wieght van and driven with heavy weight loads....the 200,000 some odd miles it about due for some underside work..as in bushings tie rods and ball joints.

    My last carrier had reefer vans.....had a decent customer list as well....there is a market for them... some of these CR loads can go on a cargo van. I would imagine some vans/sprinters could also be Tval and be WG.

    Most carriers will get you to empty weigh...full tank of fuel and your gear and yourself...so the payload will vary from van to van...example if you weigh out at 6,000lbs subtract 8600..payload would be 2600 Lbs.... My Sprimter is 8550 GVW and we empty weigh at 6400...leaving a 2150 payload...

    "The van is a G-2500 according to the title and the GVW on the side of the door says 9600 pounds" Chef....why does his door sticker say this and the title?....:confused:
