the constitution doesn't mention capitalism or socialism...but it does mention that the people have the right to pursue Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiest...and socialism does none of those...without government interference....the constitution was setup to limit the rights of the fed gov...

i actually believe we will see "Regulation" changes for the insurance industry...and changes to how the hospitals and drs do business...but not the reform that barry and the dems want...they know that the people aren't going to put up with this plan as it sits..the government run option will not...
