I just looked at my Bills from NY=EZPass and no maintenance fee posted...and I can also add and subtract vehicles online.. Just pointing outta fact...not questioning your decision :D

Yup.half off in Chicago and also the half off for Indiana( I-Zoom) and the WV toll road... As far as NY...I know there is no discount for bridges but the thruways it has been a long time...same for the PA turnpike..which I usually avoid like the plaque...

My EZ Pass NY also gives the same discounts and NO monthly fee....

Not that I know of..if you are referring to FL..OK, Tx or Kansas which appear to all be separate... My is EZ-Pass thru NY....EZ-Pass NJ is a different office...as I found out when I called once..
