Blizzard, i have been using AmsOil synthic lubs all the way though my van, the owner here is also filling the new trans with it and said it is NOT a waste of money and while you can extend the drain and change intervals, you still need to be aware that is still can overheat and breakdown, so...

Well the Chev dealer would touch it until late today, so i blew out and was at a trans place at 7:30 am , met the owner at the door when they opened and the van was in the shop by 8:30.....a clutch pack is smoked, so its a rebuild of my trans, not an off the shelf exchange...some where around...
