Why do you accept the EOBR units on your trucks....I can see it being forced on company drivers, but you are owner/operators. You should have been given the option to chose which system...HOS, the ultimate responsibility comes down to each driver...Why do these companies feel the need to...

Actually if one reads closely there is good news in that bulletin... but probably not enough to alter views that the economy is on the brink of creating jobs. Economists reckon the economy is a few months away from creating jobs. The labor market is lagging the broader economic recovery...

I see no problem with letting prison labor do the work....IF one looks at the BIG picture...prison labor would help keep the state budget in check and maybe lead to keep taxes lower and in turn make things better for Union members and everyone. The Union by opposing this shows they only care...
