LOL..whats left? injectors?...gotta keep in mind...the system has 631,000 miles on it....they don't last forever...The last thing I want to do is break down under load...I've broke down once in 11 yrs under load....not a bad record...

Been jerkin around with a fuel delivery problem... First fix...low pressure reading from filter...replaced filter....get back out still sluggish....ran down and delivered in Garland TX this morning and zipped down to Corsicana....all tests show...low fuel pressure from injector pump....replaced...

Darn...going to Dallas area...

I do however think farm subsidies have out grown the usefulness.....when corn yields per acre have increased nearly 4 fold over the years....the farmers are making more then ever....they don't really need the handout....

Maybe "compete" is the wrong wording.... but getting paid to have an empty field really helps the bottom line.....Like getting paid DH on every load....

When around Dallas I would..if ya can believe it...DH down to Laredo....LOL when I was with E-1... Actually I;'d go as far as San ant. and get paid to go the rest of the way....the 25 or so bucks almost pays the entire 435 miles....

The farm subsidies actually allow the smaller family run farm to compete against the company operated farm as well... by paying for vacant land it allows for crop rotation to recharge the soil..while still making an income...
