Why can't you leave the shipper with a load of Alcohol ? all the alcohol we can buy in a store (or the stupid idea of selling it in a gas station) arrived there in a truck. over the years i delivered many loads of alcohol. none of which was placard . it will not becomes a Hazmat until they drink it.
