Well if XPO were to buy them..the first order would likely be...new contracts....same rate across the board...none of this some have .85 or .77 nonsense....they'd get the same as E-1 drivers get now...It would be too complicated to operate with two different systems...within the same company.

From my observations there doesn't seem to any real peak seasons anymore...less then 5 yrs ago at this time we would be begging for sleep time and were running wild....the last 2 years things seemed to change...it is more like run for a few weeks and then slowdown....more peaks and valleys then...
