Like bananas, in bunches, the tight loads seem to come like that...I'll get 2 or 3 in a row where I am late even before I start...LOL but the last few I've had a ton of time.....

On a side note....there has been times I felt shorted on the time...That is where Chris and Jaime come in.....call them and point out the shortage, they are very good at what they do...buy time...there is no need to struggle....communicate....it works....

Of course it was a jab at you...with no malice attached....buddy....;)yep...Fedex is 45 mph and I think Panther is 47 mph.... that 3 minutes whilst appearing small is HUGE.....over 6 hr span is 18 minutes which is a fuel stop......

That is where vanning can get tough....we have the luxury of no logging and the benefits or distractions of such.....if customers wanted it there 10 hours later they'd probably use a straight instead of a 3 skid van....

That is why we've been nudging John to add at least 15 minutes for loading... Once we hit our arrive time the clock is ticking down already, right off we are behind....a 3pm PU time, then get loaded do the QC thing, program the GPS, secure freight ....minimum 15 minute .... I do power naps as...

I understand Chris....But unless there is time built into the run....or say arrival time is 3am and they don't open till 7am.....the only extra time you are allowed is the difference between your REAL TIME driving minus the 50 MPH time.....we are paid for DIRECT...
