    The madness of Fergerson

Rodney King merely speeding. Yeah right. He was fleeing and eluding police at a extremely high rate of speed in a residential area. And driving while intoxicated. No reason for police to stop him though I guess.

I love when people grossly exaggerate racism, discrimination and prejudices, and exacerbate the problem.(dripping sarcasm)

    The madness of Fergerson

But that's exactly what you're doing. Just parroting the mantra of race hustlers like Al Sharpton that most blacks are just victims perpetrated by whites(males). Like referencing that MOST black people experience injustice and discrimination EVERY DAY. What an stunningly ignorant statement. I...

Evidently if one would want to control the vehicle to get close to the kid to spray mud on him. You also need to accelerate to kick the back end out. That dynamic will make the mud kick up and spray the intended target.

    Tragedy on the race track.

Tony Stewart sees Ward walking on the track waving his finger. He says to himself 'Who does this young punk think he is?Tony Stewart? I'm the only Tony Stewart, Nascar Champion Tony Stewart. I think this whippersnapper needs to learn a lesson and have a dirt sandwich courtesy of my tires. I'll...

    Tragedy on the race track.

The video shows Ward jumping on the car? It actually shows him leaning backwards prior to moment of impact to avoid the buzzing from Stewart. About the 1 min. 18 sec. mark. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ULjf2kvvSLg

    Tragedy on the race track.

A drunk driver hits a tree. He gets out and he starts walking. Another driver speeds up and swerves into him intentionally because he hates drunk drivers. There's still culpability of the driver.

THEY'RE still blaming him as they should. I wouldn't count on any apology. Having marijuana in his system changes things how? Drivers occasionally get out of their vehicles and walk on the race track, who are presumably not high on anything, even TONY STEWART...

So using this logic anyone who happens to be under the influence and does something stupid is totally responsible for any actions of another person, regardless of how reckless that may be.

    Tragedy on the race track.

Ward being under the influence of weed is IRRELEVANT as to the actions of Tony Stewart. It's not in dispute that Ward shouldn't have got out of his vehicle and walked on the track. Everyone agrees it was a bad idea, regardless of what was in his bloodstream. BTW no toxicology tests were...

    And then

I believe the other individual was known at the bank as someone who worked nearby. They were also black, so your argument doesn't hold any water. Not saying racism doesn't exist with cops, but let's not exaggerate it, and cry wolf when there isn't any in a particular incident. It wasn't my...

    And then

The security guard called the police. The guard told him it was a private area and that he would have to leave the area. He refused to leave. It's irrelevant whether it's posted as private. Lollie or anyone else in the public doesn't deem it to so. It's the business that determines that, and...
