Pretty ironic isn't it. Some that clamor about the un reliability of witnesses with the death penalty argument are now saying this officer must be guilty, on the weight of a couple witnesses. They already made up their mind even though the forensic evidence and other evidence hasn't been...

CNN and MSNBC stirring racial unrest in Ferguson, MO.

From my previous post I questioned whether he had to draw his weapon. According to the version from the radio clip, after the altercation by the vehicle and fight for the gun, it was already out of his holster. So the question I had about drawing his weapon is a moot point. I should have said...

Apparently the officer didn't either.(down force latter) According to the version on the clip, there was an initial altercation by the door of the vehicle with the individual. The struggle for the gun resulted in a discharge. The assailant then was able to flee and create a distance of approx...

I'm curious if the Ferguson Police Dept. have tasers or stun guns as part of their equipment. A person, supposedly a friend of the officer, called into a radio show to give the officer's account. Looks like if the officer had a taser, he could have subdued the individual with it. Since the...

It's unfortunate there isn't a dash cam video. All Police Depts. should have them in their cars. I also favor them using hat/body cams. It would be helpful to the investigation. I haven't seen anything from the clerk, or the other patrons in the store, for that matter. They might have been told...

To reiterate, there seems to be a lot of speculation at this point, and possible inaccurate conclusions drawn. In other words, being reeled in hook, line, and sinker. For those with it firmly planted in their inner check, a little clarification. One being that Police officer Wilson had NO IDEA AT...

It's possible he might have been on something. Toxicology will tell more either way. Could be under the influence or could be just a young kid not thinking rationally. In the robbery video, he doesn't appear to be too concerned about the possible dangerous repercussion from the store clerk.(...

It very well may be relevant. It might indicate the state of mind of the person who minutes earlier apparently committed a strong arm robbery and then was confronted by a police officer. It also might indicate the state of mind of the police officer if after confronting the person, ascertained...

    Tragedy on the race track.

You can hear him rev his engine during impact. He tried to buzz him and ended up clipping him. The sprint vehicle on the mud track, fish tails when you hit the gas, and it just caught him. He probably wouldn't have hit him if he was in his NASCAR vehicle.

    Tragedy on the race track.

It's definitely plausible. It's basically road rage on a race track. It only takes a second to snap and do something stupid, out of anger. On a race track it usually ends in a wreck or a spin out. This just happened be a case where one of the drivers was out of his vehicle. Check out this video...

    Tragedy on the race track.

Just because someone has been a professional for many years doesn't excuse an occasional act of recklessness. Yes, the driver that got killed was reckless for exiting his vehicle and walking on the track. IMO Stewart was also reckless for speeding up his vehicle upon being confronted. It is...

    Tragedy on the race track.

Yes, he is a professional. So was the other driver. Tempers flare on the race track sometimes...and then they do reckless things. Most of the time when it happens,(squeezed off into a wall or bumped from behind and cause a spin out.)both drivers are protected inside their car.

    Tragedy on the race track.

Authorities have asked that anyone who took a video of the event, to bring it to them. From the video it doesn't look like there were any people in that area of the track, to show the opposite side. It looks like Stewart sped up(for some reason) while being confronted.
