Still....the union isn't the only reason for this mess.......company bears some blame as well.... They can go bankrupt and IF they have a product worth making.....and shed the union and hire all them illegals...

BUT the difference is the union didn't do direct withdrawal.....they could only take what was given....

Looks like a little bit of rodeo on both sides of the table....Hostess has been in trouble for many years...Now the executives take healthy bonus's and perks to drain what is left then go bankrupt.....
