I don't see what you guys are seeing....I really don't...they are not asking for anything that is not on the long form of the medical form and now on file with the state.....the fact drivers are running with forged CDL and Med cards....could have prompted this....

I gave up being a nice guy....I just run up to the end and fake a lane change make everyone hit their brakes then move over at the last minute....someone always gives in....

That is exactly what SD did to my CDL renewal.....linked the med card with it....NO release of medical information......so OOIDA can go back to sleep on this one......

You are not that naive to believe companies are always the innocent victim here?...they have enough dirty tricks to make unions a candidate for sainthood...

I am just saying..companies are just as much to blame for mismanagement, when products lines don't work out, or they fail to modernize quick enough.... I"ve in another lifetime been part of union busting...oh wait....security details to monitor union voting PRIOR to the vote....

sounds more like the union was mis-informed....probably a company leak....to mess with them...
