I have noticed a general slowing of traffic in the U.S. Especially in states that have a 70 or 75 m.p.h. speed limit. Even 4-wheelers are slowing down! Speed regulation through legislation and law enforcement doesn't seem to be as effective as regulation via the pocketbook.
