I’ve seen too many examples from judges, prosecutors and juries that tell me there is a major breakdown in the criminal/ judicial system due to politics and race.

The NY judge that ruled against Bragg( and rightly so) happened to be a Trump appointee. The judge that Bragg ran to for a stay is a Biden judge and a former Hillary Clinton delegate to the DNC. So naturally the judge was more than willing to order a stay for Bragg.
