John..Progressive now has a "change of policy" notification option...for $20.00 they will automatically e-mail the named carrier anytime there is a change in the policy.....I think that must be some of Shelleys work....I think this goes along with Teana's new VOI program...

BULL crap..... I have my quote at just under 3,000 and another member here is at 3600....no where near the 5K YOUR expert quoted....your expert knows nothing of independent rates...:p but then again he could have been stating the average policy quotes....
