IF your CPM is LOW....running for between .90 to $1.00 is not that bad in this market right now...just saying...on an individual basis....not everyone could go that route...

unfortunately it takes something like Walkerton to wake some up.... in Hamilton 1 year the city had out grown its water runoff drains....it rained so bad it backed up into the sewer system sending millions of gallons of RAW sewage into L Ontario......they built 2 huge holding tanks I can't...
