No need for a speedy trial. Too many important motions that still have to be thoroughly examined by judge Cannon in a cautious and prudent manner. A speedy trial is a right afforded for the defense. At least the Florida court understands that concept. Good, good.

Of course there are exceptions when it comes to Trump. Hopefully Judge Cannon remains prudent and cautious with the important motions that the Trump lawyers are presenting to the court. No need to rush through important constitutional issues before that trial takes place.

Having a trial in October would go against current DOJ policy about being too close to an election. Florida Trial will likely be delayed further pushing the DC case until after the election anyway. As for the Fulton trial, well, they are having issues down there, to say the least.

Trump is leading in most of the polls in Michigan. The previous two presidential elections showed he trailed in almost every poll there. Trump also had coattails in the past two elections. Michigan is in play.
