Hi, You are partially right.... The manufacturer does issues a "door sticker" on an incomplete vehicle...he is required by law to do so showing the maximum GVWR rating that truck chassis will support.... For instance (E350 cutaway at 11,500 GVWR) .....it will also show the correct tire size...
