Probably the GVWR plays in here. I've hit my gross with an engine taking up 3 feet of the 13 available in my Sprinter. Maybe a 24' box on a single axle is overkill?

You know...as a pure gov hater and skeptic...the CDL would get rid of a LOT of chaff...maybe van drivers would have a chance again Combine that with proper proof of commercial insurance and we'd all be rich :D

You'll get some answers, here's mine Sprinters are great until they break down. They have a nasty habit of confusing themselves and needing very expensive parts, that few mechanics know how to fix properly. Try $3-6000 for 2 def sensors. Most went to Fords which seem ok so far...less went to...

My hearsay from the truck stop: less problems than the V6 meaning those crappy def sensors didn't screw up until about 300,000 miles. Its an easy fix, just ridiculously overpriced

Ok...totally useless to you as it was in a $1600 natural gas van at $1.00 a gallon...81 cents on the dollar to me. After fuel, insurance, and repairs The sprinter I've had since last April...worse than 55c but it was a project van, put more than the $2900 cost into repairs and safety and diesel...
