Are there only 4 types of expediting opportunities? And I am not including such things as "CRST Expedited" 1. Central Dispatch, such as FECC, Panther, etc 2. Agent Based, such as Landstar 3. Multi Company leased. 4. Truly independent that sells and hauls their own freight.

That's kinda silly ATeam ... if the officer does not have time, or is targeting another group, why should he then even care? He is out there to inspect, if the driver is getting an incentive, that really is of on concern to him. (Though I do understand the thought process). He can just say no...

One thing for certain, if a recruiter works on commission, you can not pay them to much. And even if it is a salary, or a percentage of profit, if he/she can bring the recruits in, seems they have done the job they are compensated for.
