    Sylectus

Anything I have said about Sylectus is from the perspective of a Canadian doing cross-border freight only, for a brand new company, and has nothing to do with the experience an American driver may have with the platform. It should not be construed as an accurate representation of what any other...

    Sylectus

Not exclusively I suppose. From the perspective that this thread is from; single drivers with new businesses sharing a membership; wouldn't you agree they'd do better with a good carrier than what they could get on Sylectus with a fresh mc# and few trucks? Perhaps I should have said "people...

Report: darn near useless in a Sprinter (Olympian wave 3) but more heat than nothing I'd insulate, but on a 2005 I'm almost too fat already to walk around the skids and strap them down

I've done it once. And, been given a seal in my hand while they shrugged their shoulders Lately they seem to ask, and pay, for it not to travel thru states depending on the load. No idea why Oh yeah, what im doing...sitting on my thumbs

    Cargo Van Commercial Insurance

I've got to do some number crunching myself. I'm not making fun of the OP, looking at expanding horizons myself. But I've been doing this 12 years. Load boards are less useful than being seen by brokers for direct calls. Maybe this is the "shipping wars" effect? If insurance is too expensive...

looking to move companies need CDL though but can haul 26k gross

Up front, didn't know they went to that. Looks like you're stuck with finding a better job and banking some cash, unless you can find some sort of grant to get your az Much cheaper and easier to get your DZ and keep driving those trucks for now. Used to be a $400 written test only (Ontario)...

looking to move companies need CDL though but can haul 26k gross

In that case, they can't. Unfortunately you have to finish the citizenship end first, from here. There's no shortage of companies that will take you on as a driver here, if you have a clean driving record, but sponsoring an AZ will lock you here for a couple years to "pay it back" so to...

looking to move companies need CDL though but can haul 26k gross

The way they need drivers, you'd think that they would take you on at a company...but can they? (Immigration) I have no idea if they need drivers ENOUGH that they would help with the work visa, but it doesn't cost much to call the major US carriers and try. You might have to step up to a...
