AND some of these 80 mph road surfaces are pretty bad to support this kind of speed....they are swollen, pitched, and expansion cracks, let along pot holes...all at 80 mph...and some of these 80 mph roadways are only 2 lanes....so you are going to have mixed lanes...only minimum 3 lane hwys...
