almost EVERY Walmart has NO Truck or over night parking signs....it means little...just look at the 10 nor so trucks parked under the signage....LOL WE are NOT a truck....unless the signage is specific and includes RV's there maybe a problem... a definite problem if you see signs marked CITY...

usually when dispatch says 9am EST it should read 9 am LOCAL...cuzz Pedro is not even cross the border at 7am in 18 yrs I can count on 1 hand how many places were open before 9...and a lot are even 10 am before they receive...
