When you have responsible carriers not trying to overload with trucks like Load-1 or Barrett Direct..that actually measure volume to capacity...OOS has more meaning...

When a company has available 300 loads a day and their fleet of say 400 has 30% OOS that is 120 leaving only 280 to service customers.....depending of course on the mix of truck demand...some loads take 2-3 days to run taking more away and factor in the HOS...

Technically TVal/WG is not expedite but speciality services that just happen to be called expedite...just because no one else has the equipment...

You are a bit premature on the wear on the rear....experience has shown me a 2:1 ratio is about normal...but maybe you take on average heavier loads then me, who knows...but you are doing better then some are out here...;)

Define "how long is"? Some are under the impression that there should be a load almost right away...within 24 hrs...That is a wrong assumption... I've had some say to me.."I've been here for 2 days....my carrier stinks..." or "I am so disappointed they didn't move me" Really?

Hawk..you are somewhat correct..was is not my preferred idea of a solution but if one looks back on history...just how lucrative war was.....Look around the world...a lot of countries are imploding...they need an outlet...US foriegn policy is all about control....Control other countries politics...
