Mine claims it is an insurance company requirement.... a DOT medical... E-1 does not require a formal safety on a van, not when signed up or ongoing.... And SD does not require a safety or pollution test for plate renewal.

Well that mileage would indicate it is due for its 8th oil change, also it was due for one tranny and rear end service....I would ask if they kept maintenance records...If the tranny/rear wasn't done, see if they'll do it prior to purchase or take the cost off the asking price about $400 bucks...

we all require a valid drivers license and license plate...isn't that regulated by DOT...In some states safeties are required another DOT requirement. A Dot or cop has the right to pull any vehicle over that appears to be unsafe..IE: rear bumper dragging to the ground from overloading...

Personally I don't feel for any solo driver that has to deal with this... because that driver put themselves into the situation...They chose to bring the pet. The pet had no say in the matter. The drivers have nothing to complain about..only they are to blame.

No they don't get the whole truck.... they have the AVAILABLE dimensions that I am selling .. I have 49" wide by 12 foot long by 68" high...that is what is for sale....that is what is on record. let me clarify a bit...if the shipper buys a CV that is what they get...anything over 100" long...
