Tranny anywhere from 350-450,000 miles..anywhere from 4,000-8,000 depending on where ya breakdown... engine....who knows? I know of a few at the 500,000 mile mark and still going strong...mine 537,500....no oil leaks, not burning oil...

At 48K ...a 4 cyl full sized van with a 2500 lb load for 10 hours straight at 65 mph......wouldn't touch that with a 10 foot pole.....

My chirp ended up being the Idler pulley... another drivers "chirp" was his alternator...it may not be your AC...a can of belt dressing should kill the chirp...

That leaves about 700$ unaccounted for...am curious...;)
