    Installing a battery charger

I will have to get some, or make them. It should be easy. I have always liked Dual-Pro. I sold them at a 2-1 clip over everything else out there when I did that for a living. I would be looking at that CRS1 but I have isolators on all my batteries.

    Installing a battery charger

I know they are waterproof. I just did not want them outside with salt etc. If I can extend 15' I can put the 4 bank in the same side box as I have the two bank. Yes, the are very good chargers.

    Installing a battery charger

I have a Dual Pro Sportsman 2 bank tied straight to my house batteries. I have the same in a 4 bank for my starters. Don't have that one hooked up yet. I can't find a good place to mount it, keep it out of the weather and my lead wires short. I got them at their reconditioned shop. Much cheaper...

Germany just didn't get it until now

Interesting related article. Seems that extremism is raising it's ugly head all over the globe, AGAIN. We never learn. It might be that we just have forgotten just how bad the far "anything" can be. Maybe we think that it will be different this time or in this country. It never is...

The new 'safe food' czar hasn't always been safe with your food!

Why has no conservative group challenged the "Czar" program in court? The entire concept seems to be unconstitutional to me. NO oversite and yet they spend public money. They are paid with public money, again no oversite in congress. What am I missing?

    Wonder why?

He should have. Might have just been scared and upset and didn't think about what he was doing. I am more concerned that he was ordered to do it.

    Wonder why?

I would be willing to bet that an officer told that NCO to issue that order. Just my feeling. I was thinking about my time in the army. Other than orders to move from one duty station to another I hardly ever ordered to do anything after basic. The odd room inspection or formation was it. We...

    Wonder why?

Yes, NCO's run the army, they do have a much better idea what is going on. They do not issue orders on their own. They pass on orders from officers. That officer need not be present but all orders start from on high. That order was wrong and should have be ignored. Every U.S. service member has...

Government can’t solve all of our problems

Governments do not expand at the request of the people for the most part. They expand to fulfill their need for control and power. This government is no different.

    Miners

I had REAL life examples AND book examples of HOW we should live. My dad, a mine rescue captain. Those MEN who went into that hell hole called Robena, to try to bring out my granddad and the other 38 killed in that pit. The BOOK example that I based my life on was Dr. Dooley, I know you have...

    Miners

I went into firefighting BECAUSE of the disaster. REAL MEN went into that mine, risking their lives for my grandfather. Just as 6 went into that mine for those who were trapped for 69 days. I OWED those who went before me that effort. Lives are worth a life.

    Miners

Even though I was 11 I STILL remember the stories my grandmother told me about the last days. I STILL remember what my day told me about what my granddad told him the day before he was killed. My granddad was at hunting camp the day before he was killed. I STILL remember what is was like...

Three days BEFORE the FIRST blast my grandfather TOLD the mine forman that there was a fire in the mine. He showed him soot on a bench in the mine. The forman, college geek, told my grandfather that it was NOT soot, just coal dust. That fool did NOT know the difference. That mine was KNOWN...

    California Pot?

Better on economy? You must have never lived in England then. What a joke. The RICH get richer and almost everyone else is poor. They DO have equal access to substandard health care. Equal for the poor, the rich can get what ever they want.
