I'm getting another hazmat cert this morning. Actually, I may get several. I'm in Nashville near Rivergate Mall, and they have them on sale at the knot store there.

Could be the quality of the GPS receiver. They do go bad and sometimes get quirky before they fail. Could have also been nothing more than timing, rather than location.
