The report I had from 2 days ago said there was 14" of good solid ice on Brest Bay. It must be going down below freezing at night. Just passing on the info I got from friends who have been out there most everyday. They are not crossing any pressure cracks either.

I have little regard for someone who would come at me or my wife to do harm. It would just be his/her/it's tough luck if they got damaged in any way by any means that I use for protection. It would be 100% their fault. I only react to threats, I never threaten.

Updated ice fishing report: The are flat out POUNDING the walleye through the ice on Brest Bay near Monroe!! Limit catches are the norm rather than the exception right now!! Let me know if you are in the area and want to try it. I can get you the number of a guide.
