I have hauled at least one load that went to a CEVA facility (Liberty, MO) dunno if CEVA was actually the customer or not - the load went 846 miles, was 2 pallets, and weighed around 1000 lbs. I don't know offhand what my carrier was paid for that load specifically, but the load paid me $0.81...

It is both the OM612, and the newer OM647 ('04 to '06 ?) - both of which are in-line 5 cylinders. AFAIK, there have been no reported instances of it on the OM642 (the V-6 in '07 and later Sprinters) .... although they may be prone to it as well, as I believe the injector seal design is similar...
