Maybe but I am not so sure. There are dispatchers who spend a lot of time avoiding doing their job. We have had a problem with not getting safe havens (again) on security loads as required. We call and ask for one (we should not have too) and get told that a safe haven is not needed (FedEx regs...

Then the President would be elected by 6 cities only. The college should be changed. Each state gets 1 vote. A candidate has to win a majority of states. To win a state's vote the candidate must win a majority of the counties in that state. That would allow farmers etc to have a voice...

Why is the Justice Department and Obama not going after the traitors that released classified documents? Could they agree with it? Could they even be behind it? I don't trust them one tiny bit. I would LOVE to have a GOOD investigator and go after this bunch. Anyone who is involved with this...

Only because we have a wimp as Commander in Chief and a Congress that is out to take over the country. The problem is NOT the enemy, they can be defeated. The problem is the "domestic enemy" we face.

I don't give a flip what Obama's, or any elected officials, religion is. He was elected to protect and defend this Nation and our Constitution. He is not doing this. He has NO belief in our Constitution or our way of life and in many ways it seems he sides with those who would destroy the Nation.

We are at war. We have been attacked. I don't care one bit who attacks or why. I don't care if it religious, economic or what ever reason. Attack my country, my way of life, my Constitution and you die. Period. If you support my enemy, you die too. This enemy has NO intention of "talking things...

We get all permits etc. We have been doing these kinds of fund raisers for years. An outside vendor is an added cost and cuts down on profits. It is a little more work but it always pays off. Maybe in this case it would be worth it since it takes a lot of time and effort to do it on your own...

We run "poker nights" often at our Ducks Unlimited Chapter and never use outside vendors. They make good money.

I could matter if he believes in the "radical" ways of some muslims. He has the ability to lend support to them, just by doing nothing, oh wait, that is what he IS doing, NOTHING!! :mad:

You don't have to go back to the '40's to find customer service at gas stations. I had to check oil, fill tanks, wash windows, fill tires, etc and that was in late '69 and early '70.

At lot would depend on the straight truck. $1.20 per mile would put my TVAL truck out of business. If I had a smaller, single axle, no lift gate truck it might be ok.

There seems to be a few, possibly newer, dispatchers that are a bit on the lazy side. We find them mainly in surface but there are a couple in White Glove. It is bad when drivers have to explain to dispatchers how loads need to be handled.
